For economy and comfort vehicles you must be at least 21 with a 2-year licence. Prestige and luxury vehicles require 25 years of age and a 3-year licence.
No. You can book without a credit card. Payment and deposit can be made in cash or by card at handover.
Yes. You can collect your car at Ağrı Ahmed-i Hani Airport. An additional service fee applies for airport delivery.
We deliver to hotels and addresses in central Doğubayazıt. Simply select the hotel delivery option on the booking form.
A daily limit of 250-350 km applies depending on the vehicle group. If you are planning a long trip, let us know in your booking note.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before handover are free of charge. You can cancel from the My Reservations page or by phone/WhatsApp.
Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad. You may collect a car at the Gürbulak border gate and use it within Türkiye.
Between November and April our entire fleet runs on winter tyres. Snow chains are available on request.
Yes. A second driver can be added to the contract provided they meet the age and licence requirements.
We do not take online prepayment. You pay at handover, in cash or by card.
